Mark is a certified Health/Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine and has 20+ years of personal training and fitness instruction experience as well as a degree in Exercise Physiology.  He and his wife Donna, are co-owners of New Mexico Sports & Fitness Center and Fitness Bootcamp Santa Fe.  Mark has been instructing Bootcamp classes for over fourteen years and is also a part-time teacher for Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) Fitness Education Department and serves on the SFCC Exercise Science Committee advisory board.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified SilverSneakers instructor. I received an associates degree in Exercise Science from the Santa Fe Community College.  In addition to teaching Fitness Bootcamp Classes, I am an Exercise Rehabilitation Technician at New Mexico Sports Fitness and Physical Therapy. I am retired from 27 years of military service, (11 years with the United States Marine Corp and Reserve, two years with the United States Army Reserve, and 24 years with the NM Army National Guard). I am married with two sons, two daughters and two grandchildren. Bootcamp Classes: M/W 12:00 pm T/TH 6:00 am SATURDAY ROTATION 8:15 am
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Level 1 Certified TRX Suspension Trainer Instructor.  In understanding that exercise is not easy for everyone, I strive to help my participants and fitness clients reach their full potential.  When I see my clients and Bootcamp participants overcome obstacles, I am inspired to continue to do what I do, and to also aspire to be my best. Liz is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Level 1 nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition, and a certified group fitness instructor. Her group certifications include TRX Suspension Training, PiYo Strength (Gold), Turbo Kick, and Insanity. Liz has a love for fitness and is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others. She enjoys helping her clients discover their body’s full potential and realize that they can become stronger, both physically and mentally, when challenged. Aside from her fitness and teaching career, Liz loves to spend time cooking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and friends.
