Liz is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Level 1 nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition, and a certified group fitness instructor. Her group certifications include TRX Suspension Training, PiYo Strength (Gold), Turbo Kick, and Insanity.

Liz has a love for fitness and is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others. She enjoys helping her clients discover their body’s full potential and realize that they can become stronger, both physically and mentally, when challenged.

Aside from her fitness and teaching career, Liz loves to spend time cooking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and friends.

I have been coaching in some capacity for the last ten years of my life. Because of my background in high school athletics, semi-pro football, and Cross-Fit Competitions, my biggest passion is to try and help people become healthier, fitter, and improve their lifestyles.  Coaching TRX Suspension Training has afforded me the incredible privilege of watching people change their lives for the better…forever. Whether it is gaining range of motion and flexibility that hasn’t been there in 20+ years, or losing stubborn pounds – that stuff really drives me! Bootcamp Classes: SATURDAY ROTATION 8:15 am
Joey has six years of exercise instruction experience and has been instructor at Fitness Bootcamp for 5 years.  He also works as a Personal Trainer at Bulldog Gym and is a certified Fitness Instructor with NASM.  In Joey’s personal time, he enjoys a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities such as, football, running, biking, hiking, skiing, golf, and tennis. He also loves to spend time with his soon to be wife and 3 year old daughter. Bootcamp Classes: T/TH 6:00 am
Ben is a Master Electrician by day and motivating Bootcamp instructor by night.  He has worked for Fitness Bootcamp for 4 years and in Ben’s spare time he enjoys staying in shape by mountain and road biking, taking Bootcamp classes and strength training. Bootcamp Classes: M/W 6:00 am, 4:15 pm & 5:30 pm
