Liz is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Level 1 nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition, and a certified group fitness instructor. Her group certifications include TRX Suspension Training, PiYo Strength (Gold), Turbo Kick, and Insanity.

Liz has a love for fitness and is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others. She enjoys helping her clients discover their body’s full potential and realize that they can become stronger, both physically and mentally, when challenged.

Aside from her fitness and teaching career, Liz loves to spend time cooking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Jennifer has been an avid Fitness Bootcamp Santa Fe participant since the doors opened in 2008.  She is a certified PiYo™ Strength and Turbo Kick® instructor. When she is not at Fitness Bootcamp she works for the State of New Mexico. She enjoys watching her son play various sports all year long. Jennifer’s love for fitness and health and belief in Fitness Bootcamp was her motivation for becoming an instructor. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Level 1 Certified TRX Suspension Trainer Instructor.  In understanding that exercise is not easy for everyone, I strive to help my participants and fitness clients reach their full potential.  When I see my clients and Bootcamp participants overcome obstacles, I am inspired to continue to do what I do, and to also aspire to be my best. Frank has 18 years of Fitness experience and is the owner of Bulldog Gym Personal Training. Frank has instructed many fitness classes throughout Santa Fe such as Spinning, Cycle Circuit, Core Conditioning and now Fitness Bootcamp. He has a Bachelors degree in Human Performance & Sport from New Mexico Highlands University and an Associate of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Santa Fe Community College.  Frank is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and serves on the Exercise Science Advisory Board for Santa Fe Community College.
