I have been coaching in some capacity for the last ten years of my life. Because of my background in high school athletics, semi-pro football, and Cross-Fit Competitions, my biggest passion is to try and help people become healthier, fitter, and improve their lifestyles.  Coaching TRX Suspension Training has afforded me the incredible privilege of watching people change their lives for the better…forever. Whether it is gaining range of motion and flexibility that hasn’t been there in 20+ years, or losing stubborn pounds – that stuff really drives me!

Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas

I earned a degree in Exercise Science from Ball State University.  I’m also certified in TRX Suspension Training.  I took a break from working in fitness to chase after my 3 very active and busy children but now I’m back to share my energy and enthusiasm.  I started as a participant at Bootcamp Santa Fe 4 years ago and quickly became addicted to their positive energy and support.  It is the kind of community that nourishes every fitness level; helping everyone work hard and succeed.  I love this attitude and being part of this atmosphere.  I strive to bring that same energy to my classes.     Mark is a certified Health/Fitness Instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine and has 20+ years of personal training and fitness instruction experience as well as a degree in Exercise Physiology.  He and his wife Donna, are co-owners of New Mexico Sports & Fitness Center and Fitness Bootcamp Santa Fe.  Mark has been instructing Bootcamp classes for over fourteen years and is also a part-time teacher for Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) Fitness Education Department and serves on the SFCC Exercise Science Committee advisory board. Bootcamp Classes: M/W & T/TH 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm M/W 4:15 p.m. TRX  Classes: FRI 6:00 am
    Liz is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Level 1 nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition, and a certified group fitness instructor. Her group certifications include TRX Suspension Training, PiYo Strength (Gold), Turbo Kick, and Insanity. Liz has a love for fitness and is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with others. She enjoys helping her clients discover their body’s full potential and realize that they can become stronger, both physically and mentally, when challenged. Aside from her fitness and teaching career, Liz loves to spend time cooking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her husband and friends.
