Our next session begins November 5th, 2017 and is session 52.

All classes are taught in 2 day combos of M/W or T/Th to accommodate a recovery day in between. You may elect to add a third day to your combo. To register, simply fill out our contact form with the class(es) and times you are interested in and we will respond to you within 24 hours to get you started!

Two days a week is $160 plus tax.  Three days a week is $216 plus tax.   One class per week is $85 plus tax.  If a participant enrolls for more than two classes per week, we do offer a discount.  Current enrolled participants and non-members can drop-in for an extra class on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday for only $12..

Our Beginner Bootcamp follows our normal class format, just done with lower impact and a little slower tempo and less time per exercise.  The Beginner class meets three times per week to enhance your initial conditioning level.
